Can't Play App.."media player turned off.."

I just installed an app, and when I go to play a sound I get a message: "Your current settings for this app have your media player turned off. Please go back to the main page , then settings to enable sounds."

What media player?
I tried everything to turn sounds on....to no avail.

What app ?
the media player is the native, maybe they mean you have to go to settings in that app and enable sounds ( I guess you said that)

I downloaded a media player, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and it works fine now. I still couldn't find any media player in Windows 8 phone, so I downloaded VK Media player.

The native music player is in this built in app which you can't delete
