Can I get some help with my Lumia Camera recorded video playback?

Lumia Camera recorded video playback problem

After the last update at lumia camera in May when i record a video during recording looks fine but during playback it looks like it is cut in pieces and looses small parts from the video! Any idea? Anyone else having the same problem? I believe it is from the update problem because i recorded videos from the same app months ago and it was fine!! It is very annoying!!

Did you try using a 3rd party app to see if the problem is still there?

Try moving then to a PC and see if it's the file or phone which needs to a fix

Downloaded yesterday Lumia Camera classic and recorded video and the problem does not exist! And tried Microsoft Camera and it is fine!
The problem is with Limia Camera! I have all three at my phone!!

Sth during the update must have messed it up. Here's what you can try:

- soft resets (probably won't help, but it's always the go to solution)
- uninstall the camera app > get "phone system updater" from the store > run that app and reinstall the camera from there

If that fails..

Try a hard reset

hey, please tell me did you sorted the problem out ? i've tried everything but the hard reset, but i might do it if it is the only way ...

They made a new update at Lumia Camera this week!! Problem solved! It was a Microsoft fault at the previous version I guess!!!
