Why can't I download any apps to my Nokia 830?

I cannot download any apps to my Nokia 830,

I keep getting a stupid message "Call us over protective but we need to make sure you can receive a security code etc....., but it won't send one to my phone number either by text or calling, please help. I have reset my microsoft account

Welcome to Windows Central (you may create a Windows Central account to respond in this thread).

Make sure that the country code for your mobile number is correct (make sure your mobile number is also correct). It make take some time for the verification to arrive, anywhere from several seconds to 10 minutes.
