Why can't I restrict background data?

I cant restrict background data.

Hey everyone. I have a big problem with my Nokia Lumia 830. Every time when I try to restrict the backgorund data in settings, the phone just crush and quit to the main menu. Has anybody met with this problem?

try doing that while internet is on. It should work then. Known quirky bug
