So, for those of you planning on ordering a 900, what color are you planning on getting? I really like the Cyan cause it reminds me of a tropical sea, so I think I may get that unless the black one just looks super slick in person.

I'm still debating

Cyan:
(+)More distinctive
(+)Blue is my favorite color
(-)Can't use a wide variety of accent colors without looking garish / odd

Black:
(+)More professional
(+)Can use any color accent for tiles and still look great
(-)Not that distinctive

Good points! I hadn't really thought about it limiting the tile color options! I still think I want it, I always us a black background and usually have Red or Green tiles. A red and black phone would look pretty darn slick though...

Found this pic online, looks fine to me, though others may disagree

(yes I know its an 800, but the color combo I'm looking for still stands)

Yea it is a pretty tough call but since this is my personal phone I think a splash of color other than black or gun metal grey will be a perk.

Not sure how often I would feel the need to change the tile color from the blue.

Really hoping this bad boy makes it to Rogers.... seems strange they're only getting the 710 so I have a feeling this is just a stalled release to Canada. No surprise.

Regardless I chose Black. Like the ability to have more tile colour options without concern for "matching."

I really like the deep red in the renders that would be my first choice. After that black and cyan are close behind in no particular order right now!

I may have to go with Cyan. But dang, they both look sexy! Shall I get both? Alternate, every day, other day or week!

Only problem with getting the Cyan, I may never be able to have it around at work. It's easier to hide black or act like it's another phone. With my Focus S, I pretend it's an Epic Touch.

I think the best way to solve it would be to have opposite colored case covers. So if my Lumia 900 is black, I can just slip on the cyan case cover when I feel "cyan-ish," and vice versa. Man, I can't wait to get this phone.

I'd go with Cyan. I don't care if it doesn't fit in as a business phone.

It will make people ask about it. Then I can tell them how awesome it is.
