USB to wall charging connection - can I use iPhone bases?

Looking around seems to show only generic replacement chargers, I was hoping to be able to buy more that match the one that came with the phone...does anyone know if I can just use generic Micro USB cables with the iPhone wall charging square to charge the Lumia?

Sadly my hardware support days are over and I can barely remember how these cables work for charging...

USB is a standard. The connector should be the same.
The USB standard limits the usb charging at 5V and around 500mA.
So yes, you can use any USB charger for any phone as long as the connector is the same.
