    I have the most recent firmware update, but I still seem to lose my data connections 1-2 times a day.

    When I restart the phone the data connection comes back...

    Anyone else have this problem or know a fix?

    The fix is an exchange, I think. I exchanged mine, had to switch colors as they were out of cyan, but no more data troubles, the vibrate sounds better, and the camera's not as dark either.

    Will it cost money to exchange the phone? I really don't want to spend any :)

    Yeah, there shouldn't be any cost...and it doesn't count as a buyer's remorse exchange, so you still have an out within your 30 days.

    No longer have data issue after the patch. I'm sorry to hear you having such trouble. Like everyone are saying, go and get it replace for your 30 days is up. :)

    Last weekend I noticed I was losing my data connection frequently when I was in an area without 4G coverage (the strength bars showed the "E" Edge network type).
    That said, when I'm in an area with solid 4G, everything is fine. Anyone else running into this?

    I am still having issues, too. If I bought through Amazon, do I have to exchange with them, or can I take it to an AT&T store?
