Screen Issues

So my launch day Lumia 900 has given me no problems (other than front buttons giving me some issues when sound is playing) until today when my screen is totally unresponsive to touch.

Now for some background:

The phone has never been dropped or been near water.
This started happening right after I hung up a phone call.
I Cannot even turn the phone off because I cannot slide to turnoff
The Battery symbol has a question mark "?" over it
I took the sim out and put it in a basic phone because I cannot answer calls with my Lumia.

As of right now I am waiting on the phone battery to die so I can restart/recharge

Any other ideas as to what can solve this issue?

This happened to me earlier today.

Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to soft reset. That should cause the phone to power off without using the touch screen. You should be able to restart the phone normally. My screen started working again after that.
