The caveat to this feature is that the phone needs to be plugged in and charging for at least 10 minutes before it will make a connection to the PC. This is really only useful for nightly updates of podcast subscriptions, syncing photos and video taking from the day, and when you wanna quickly slam a few albums on the phone for the next day but don't feel like plugging it in at that moment.

I didn't get this quite well why I do I have to charge it for atleast 10 minutes in order to make connection? Thats a big flaw

I've never charged mine prior to syncing.

That's the first I've heard of this, and I've had mine since release date 9 April.
