So my mom purchased this phone and is trying to get it to connect with Straight talk. Now here is where the issues started, she has gotten everything to work, from email, to data, to sms, and phone calls. But when she tries to receive an MMS it does not come through. She does not see anything, no download this button nothing. Now she is able to send MMS messages, but no matter how many talks with Straight Talk help she gets nowhere. They told her to reset some settings, but they did nothing, and they keep repeating the same script over and over, even going so far as to say "Thanks for calling hope we helped" and hanging up, without solving the problem. I am at my wits end, I am the "phone guy" in the family, yet I have no experience with Windows Phone. I know the Android Central Forums are Wonderful, and was hoping that you guys were just as phenomenal.
