Currently on Straight Talk with a ATT branded Focus S.

You guys think ill have an issue using the Nokia if I were to buy it out of contract?

The network app is back on market right?

I'm curious about this also.

Will the phone work with straight talk without any restrictions?

My buddy claims non contract plans don't work as well as contract plans.

Network Setup is on the market (I have my 900 on Straight Talk). I can't imagine there would be any problems. Just make sure the 920 you get uses the right bands. (I don't know if there are different versions)

Wouldn't shock me if they take the app off the market for a few months when the 920 comes out, but as of right now it's there. The prepaid route is the only way to go IMO. Contracts on AT&T only make sense with family plans, otherwise you're overpaying.
