    I guess I'll wait until my lunch this afternoon and see if there is any progress on shipping info for my order. If not I'll call and cancel.

    I'd be happy to have delivery of Monday just the same but having it sit in processing more than 48 hours later is ridiculous. If you can't deliver the thing let me know so I can go to the AT&T store and buy it there.

    They didn't cancel my order. They said they are out of stock and it's backordered. I am cancelling my order at this moment and then I'm probably going to my local AT&T store tomorrow and cancelling my service.




    I left Verizon for AT&T. So I am aware of how ****ty they both are. Verizon has LTE here, AT&T does not. I do not currently have my own phone because my 3GS died on me and I am borrowing someone elses phone and can't keep it much longer.
    I think I ordered mine around the same time as you. The tracking says Backordered online but I know my Lumia 900 also said that when I pre-ordered it and it shipped just fine. Did you get a second email that said:

    "We have processed your order and it has been sent to our warehouse for shipment"

    It came through about two hours after the first order confirmation email. I also see the hold still in place on my card.

    Ordered a cyan around 3am eastern. Online chat rep Luis just informed me they are out of stock and he is attempting to cancel my order right now.

    Edit: Just told me he couldn't cancel. The only option would be to refuse the shipment or send it back with the return label.

    Ordered my black 920 yesterday early afternoon and it shipped the same day. Expected delivery by the 9th!! USPS! Looking forward to tomorrow!:D

    What chat are you guys using? I tried the online chat and they just give me an 866 number. It might be because I'm a new customer and don't have a web account yet; I'm guessing?

    Update if you hear anything! I'm in the same exact boat you are... I ordered as soon as they fixed this site; got the order confirmation; and 6 hours later I got the submitted for processing/shipping email. The charge hold is still on my account.

    What? Luis is the same guy I spoke to and he cancelled my order that was "pending shipment". My order is 100% cancelled.

    "Your att.com order XXXXXXXXX has been canceled‏"

    Like people have said since Page 1. Previously AT&T preorders are the same - Get shipped email and details a day after it was actually shipped.

    I however just want my free charging pad that was not shipped, yet people are getting theirs shipped now. :giggle:

    I ordered immediately. I was told that my order was backordered now and they have no ETA at all.

    I need a new phone ASAP. So patience is not a luxury for everyone.

    For all you guys who are canceling your orders with the intention of buying in store tomorrow, I would suggest calling your local store before you cancel.

    My store isn't even sure they will have them tomorrow. They said it might be Monday.

    I haven't called AT&T yet but like everyone else that seems to have ordered the cyan through the regular site my order is still "processing" and "shipment pending".

    However, just now i tried looking up my order by my home number instead of my order number and it is now showing the charge plate as shipped today (which I assume they automatically added because it was not on the site when I preordered).

    I suggest if you ordered and your confirmation stated it would be shipped today stick with it and not cancel.

    at&t is the most stupid website I have ever used. What the f*** is "attention" meaning? They said they can't find my order in their system, even I received confirmation e-mail with order number! How stupid they have to be to build up a system like this?

    Yes right after I read your post I jumped on the online chat. I got my email your order has been processed nov 7 at 6:34 am. My order was pending shipment. According to my paypal account funds are still pending. I will just leave it be and not get my hopes up that it will still show tomorrow. I will call and cancel while trying my luck at an att store :(

    Just spoke to someone in Premier support and they are out of stock on cyan and waiting on a shipment.. that would explain why some of us are still waiting..

    Call ATT and tell them to process the order

    I had to call 4 times yesterday to have them process my order. And I order about an hour after pre-order opened up


    Not sure why my order sat there while everyone else was being shipped

    I ordered my 920 wednesday 9:10am est cyan and just now i got a ship date of today on my order. i paid more for overnight so lets hope in the next couple hours, i get a tracking number and estimated time. im so close to to the finish line its redic

    Where exactly do you see a ship date? There are so many different ways to check your order.

    Was it not showing a date before and then suddenly appeared? Or did you receive an email?

    Starting to sound like the Cyan phone was under stocked or not stocked at launch... Or they received it after the main colors (Black, White, Red) and is shipping later for delivery on Monday.

    I'm completely fine with this if that is the case and will wait until Monday. But if it pushes my order back for a week or two I'd rather go get a black device in store.
