Anyone replacing an iPhone 4S with the 920?

I am considering replacing my iPhone 4S with the 920. Anyone else doing this? How does the phone feel in comparison?

I went from an iPhone 4S to a Lumia 900 (a couple months ago) and now the Lumia 920. I found both the Lumia 900 and 920 much easier to hold, and the bigger screen size definitely makes it easier to read websites, look at pictures, etc. After being an iPhone guy for 4 years I have no qualms with my 920.

I went from 4S -> 5 -> 920.

The screen on the 920 is even better than the retina display.

The 920 is heavier but cups in my hand better with its tampered edges.
I can still use my 920 one handed. It's not as easy as with the 4S' 3.5" screen, but definitely still doable.

As far as OS and speed, the 920 is butter smooth. iOS still runs great on the 4S, but WP8 has those amazing animations and fluidity.

Just made the switch (today obviously lol). It's going to take some adjustment but, I like the 920 already. It's negligibly thicker than the 4s and in my hand does not feel any heavier. (I guess I cannot discern grams lol)

I am waiting to make the switch! It's not available yet here in the UAE. Anyways I am going to the Nokia launch party on Monday! Can't wait to get my hand on a 920!

I've had iOS since the iPod Touch 2nd gen. Then I had a 3GS, then an iPhone 4 and now a 4S. I am SO bored. iOS has not evolved nicely. iOS 6 is so lame and buggy. I really do not like it.

I am going to get the 920 as soon as I can. Since I'm in M?xico, it is not as easy as you guys. But I will get it hopefully very soon!
