920 doesn't install software when plugged into computer

Is there Windows Phone software that's supposed to install when you plug the 920 for the first time? I'm running Win8 Pro and although the OS detects the 920 it doesn't install the software to run from the start screen...

I got it figured it, I was able find the software in the Win8 store and download/install

Go to store and search for "Windows phone". Install it and you are good to go.

All I get when I plug my 920 into my computer is three of these in device manager:

RM 820| Nokia Lumia 920

I'll uninstall Zune, reinstall the Store app, and see what happens.

EDIT: Nope, I can't get my Win8 computer to recognize the 920. This is a fairly recent install as well, I wonder if it has something to do with my previously using Zune/Lumia 900 and there's some kind of conflict.

@oldpueblo, did you ever resolve this? My I got my Lumia 920 yesterday, plugged it in, and it appeared fine. (Win8 Pro as well). Today, no luck. In Devices and Printers, it shows a Lumia 920, but it is listed as "offline". I deleted the device from Windows, and tried again - still didn't work.

I just unplugged the phone, turned it off and back on, and when I plugged it back in Windows recognized and re-installed it. Now it's available again.
