Sigh.. scratches like a ***** on my phone. I've never has protectors on my iPhones over the past 6 years, and never needed one.
Hopefully Nokia improves the screen scratch issue with future releases.
Dont put any keys or coins together with the phone in a pocket or a bag.
I don't. Apparently if there's any grains of sand in your pocket which it rubs against, it scratches the outer coating.
mine is still fresh looking without scratches, wth are you guys doing with your phones?
Just lieHas anyone had luck exchanging their scratched phone for a new one throught AT&T? Called customer service tonight and got the runaround. They wanted us to send the phone back before they would reorder a new one. They recommended we go to a store but since the phone was ordered over the phone through customer service I'm not sure if we'll get pushback. Also, none of the stores in our area have yellow in stock.
