Heat on the top half

Is it just my phone is faulty or there're others feel the top part of the phone would heat up to a degree I would probably call it hot instead of warm after intensive use. I don't know about the exact number but probably over 60f? It's hot, rather than warm...

I'm feeling the heat now as in typing. Should I call for support? It seems to be a quite subjective problem but mine is really really hot
