anyone solved the heat problem?

I noticed, for the first time though, my phone getting serioulsy heated today! Was using 3G for approximately 10-15 minutes. The phone got really hot in a matter of minutes.

This has never been an issue before, at all. If I keep my phone to a maximum speed of 2G, there's no heating going on.
