Promote High Contrast to an official theme

I think most of us would agree that the look of the phone when you enable "high contrast" under ease of access settings, is sexy as ****. But for many of use the trade offs, like not being able to view images in emails, lock screen, etc. doesn't make it a long term option.

I really hope that MS can decouple the disabling of images and the high contrast look and feel in a future update. Actually I think the other theme colors might look good with that "outlined" look also...
