For iPhones it is mentioned that during charging, once the 100% level is reached, the charging "stops" or goes to a "trickle charge" mode.
The manual/information sheet that came with the Lumia suggests not leaving the phone charging after it reaches 100%.
"Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger, as overcharging may shorten the battery's lifetime." Pg 15 on Product & Safety Information.
Does this mean we can't leave the phone charging overnight (assuming it reaches 100% at sometime during the night? Just asking if anybody has an opinion on this.
I know, I did read the information booklet, who does that nowadays!
