Sound when Unplugging

I've only noticed this today and, admittedly, only after a few system app updates but now when I unplug my 920 from charging it makes a noise. It actually sounds a bit alarming and that's the only reason I'm asking.

Does anyone else have this? It's also not possible to mute by "silencing" the phone or "disabling all other notifications," which is a cause for concern as well. Does this mean my 920 knows it has a faulty battery? Am I going to blow up? Look for the mushroom cloud.

This is common after the network+ (i believe it was) update that was recieved today. See the thread about it on this forum where people have the same experience.

Mine started doing this today as well. I thought it was an app that I installed or something. I guess it is the counterpart to the charging sound.
