Can't receive updates?

I've received one update when I purchased a app from the website of Microsoft Marketplace, the app pushed to my phone along with the phone update, and no update more again.

Also, there's no Nokia Collections on my L920. When first boot, I set my phone in Chinese, and didn't used the SIM from the package, is this the reason why I can't receive update and no Nokia Collections. Hope anyone can help me.View attachment 23878
