No flash?

So I was at the aquarium a couple weeks ago, and I wanted to take a picture of just about everything since I love this phone's camera. I realized the one room said no flash photography, and I couldnt take flash off my phone. With both flash on and off, it will flash because of low light. Is there anyway to actually turn the flash off without covering up the LEDs?

What you have on is the focus assist beam. It's the last one on the camera setting.

Thanks, I dont know why I couldnt figure it out. I use to have a HD7 and no flash would mean no flash. Have it saved now, which takes better low light photos. Thanks again!
