Is Lumia920 / WP8 ready for business use?

If you have your email set to sync every hour. When you hit delete, it won't actually delete it until you force sync it or until the next hour. It does this to save battery life.

Yeah, this. Go into your settings for your e-mail and set the "Download new content" to "as items arrive". This will make the sync instantaneous. It works on deleting e-mails too. (I even tried it out just to make sure I wasn't lying )

Still, the Lumia920 is not ready for Business... VPN... Notification center, buch of other things. But by mid 2013 it will be ready. I also believe the 8X is the better white collar form factor... But here the 820 would also be fine.

Like I said, it depends on the needs of your business. It is certainly ready for business for some, so saying "the Lumia920 is not ready for Business" is not only a blanket statement but inaccurate as well.

My work mail is using gmail and right now, they can't secure a wp8 device properly so I can't set my phone up with it... I don't find the IT team are that interested to make it work for me either
