Hey all.
A bit sad today. My 18 month old daughter made a mess today. She pulled my charger cord off the kitchen counter, which was plugged in to my Lumia 920. Unfortunately, a heavy cast iron pot lid was also on the cord. She pulled both down simultaneously and when I pulled the lid off the phone, this is what I found underneath.
I'm just glad it didn't land on her foot, it would have DEFINITELY broken bones.
But here's my question for those who have been brave enough to tear theirs apart. I know I can replace the glass and digitizer. No problem. But the speakers no longer work, they just let out this buzzy sound. Does anyone know if the speakers are replaceable? Or are they fused onto a main board or something and not replaceable. I guess I'm just trying to figure out if I can repair this or if I just need to buy a new one. The body itself looks totally fine. Sigh.
