Can you be more specific?

If you are listening to Nokia Music (the app that allows you to listen to mixes of music based on the genre), you have the option of downloading that "mix" for offline listening.

Did you already download it ? Are you connected to WIFI /Cell data plan ?

Language set to English.
Region set to United States.
3Gb data plan.
Connected to wi-fi at home.
Same results.

The "Make available offline" option is greyed out and not active. Is there some other setup or step that I'm missing?

uninstall and reinstall the app? have you at any time before been able to download mixes?

I never tried before.

Good idea to reinstall app. I'll give that a shot.
