Shared Internet not working

Why is this not working on my laptop with Windows 7 64 bit?

I can connect but get the message, Limited access.

At least you get yours to work (somewhat). Mine used to work. Send it to nokia for battery issues. Got it back and now I just can't share the internet anymore.

Did you try restarting your computer? Have you tried updating your wireless drivers? Does it work with any other devices?

Looks like it does not work with other devices. They connect, but no internet.

My Samsung Galaxy S2 can connect, and it works. So it's a Windows 7 thing.
