supposedly the 920 is a pentaband phone that covers LTE 700 850 900 1700/2100 1900 and UMTS 850 900 1700/2100, so it should cover both ATT LTE and the T-Mo 4G.

I am in Taiwan right now on vacation and live in USA.

It seems the international version is
    800/900/1800/2100/2600

    The ATT version is
    700 class 17/1700/2100

Considering this, it does not seem like all of the bands needed for att is in the international version

mmm guess not, not supporting T-mo's 4G too. Unless you are the lucky ones in their refarmed 1900 4G area.
