1308 Firmware on AT&T Storage Check will not open

So I have the 1308 firmware and the updated Nokia Apps. When I click Storage Check it goes black and dumps me back out at the settings screen. Anyone else seen this?

Try a phone restart.

Done that at least 10 times now as well as soft resets.

Going to reflash and see if that does it
