Slight scuffs on back

I pirchased a matte black Lumai 920 about a month ago. Today I had my phone in my pocket and when I pulled it out, I noticed a lot of light marks on the back on the phone. I was able to get about 5 of them out by washing it, but about 8 more remain.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated!

I went with the glossy yellow, one because I loved how it looked and two I felt it may fight off or cover up scratches better then the matte. I hope you are able to find a fix

I read that thread and I did see many people with the similar problem but no fix. Should I go ahead and get a warranty replacement for it or jsut sitck with it. It does not really affect the functionality of the phone but it does affect the look of it (I am using a case however)
