    Hi Guys

I managed to get hold of a brand new Lumia 920 from eBay, but noticed it was on Vodafone. I was wondering is there a way of getting rid of this? and I have also noticed that because it is Vodafone it's not got the 4G option, do I need to flash it or is it because its the vodafone model?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Graham

Do you want to get rid of the Vodafone branding, or are you talking about it being locked to the Vodafone network?

The only way to get the 4G option is to flash the firmware - no UK 920's except for EE ones currently have the 4G option enabled through the phone menus. (There is a way to get the phone to work on 4G without having to flash it, but it means the phone will only work where there is a 4G signal)
