How can I change word-suggestion / correction thing to English?

Hi,

When I type in (like sending sms or sending message with Whats App, ...) it corrects the words ( which is cool) in another language than English. I mean there is this words suggestion/correction things when you type in but like I said it suggests/corrects words in a different language and not in English.

I checked under my settings and it seems English is selected everywhere but apparently there must be something I am not seeing.
Phone Language: English (United State)
Country / Region: United State
Regional Format: United State (English)
Browser & Search language: English (United State)

Any idea what to do, please?
