Call Waiting Option Disabled

I used to be able to set the Call Waiting Option but it is no longer available and has been greyed out. Any idea what this means? I have the latest Nokia Update installed.

You can't change these settings whilst you have 4G/LTE enabled. You need to reduce your connection speed to 3G (or 2G) - you can then change call waiting settings and then go back to 4G/LTE again.

Where do I change that? My Cellular settings doesn't have that option that I can see.

Spoke to at&t tech support as well as Nokia support and was told that there must have been a software issue when the firmware upgrade took place and I'm going to have to do a hard reset now to try to resolve the problem. Not fun!

Did you try the GSM codes? I don't know if they work when a phone is on LTE (in theory they should because phone calls are still carried on 3G and the codes work on 2 & 3G)

Hard reset is not necessarily too much of a pain if you have backups switched on. But it's still a pain...
