extreme low sound?

It only happens if I open music and video simultaneously. If I am playing music and in the mean time I want to watch a video, the music stops flawlessly but the sound for video is extremely low which is far away from usual. I tried to exit music,but the sound for video is still very low. I restarted my phone and it backed to normal.

Anybody experienced same and have solution?

This is an OS oversight which dates back to the initial release of WP7 and it appears that Microsoft has failed to notice or even fix this issue with WP8. Perhaps most users didn't catch this flaw.

Also, is it just me, or is there not enough volume control for WP? The actual volume only has an apparent increase in sound with certain values such as 01, 04, 08, 12,16,20, 24, and ending at 28. 01 is simply too loud for quiet environments and 28 is too quiet for an area with loud background noise.
