I bought my yellow Lumia in India and I am using it in Sri Lanka. ON 13 April my phone updated to 1308.0001. I was well aware of the problems which 1308 caused AT&T users, but still I went ahead with the update. However to my disappointment I started facing similar issues which are listed below.
    1. Phone keeps switching between no signal, 2g and 3g at the same spot.
    2. Browser shows page not available suddenly due to loss of signal.
    3. Messages are missing in apps like what's app and IM+.
    4. The phone is becoming considerably warmer and the battery draining faster. I think this is because of the problem listed at 1.
    5. The phone is taking longer time to charge (I am still in doubt about it).

Now, I just want to know wether anyone else (non AT&T) user facing similar issues after 1308.0001 update? I believe Nokia has resolved issues for AT&T users by releasing 1314 update. I have a unlocked phone and I am using Dialogue sim in Sri Lanka.

My third party Live Tiles are not working. Tried a soft reset, tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, but they are still not working.

My third party Live Tiles not working was driving me mad. I googled the problem and arrived at this:

Tech Tip: Windows Phone How To Fix Stuck Live Tiles That Won’t Update | R.B. Russell.com

Seemed promising, and I had a good feeling about it. Did as it says, but still no good.

I contacted windows phone support on twitter, and they basically told me to do the same as above. I told them that I did and that it didn't work, and their reply was to give it a couple of days. I was sceptic, but the support was confident that it would solve the problem. Lo and behold, give or take a couple of days later, my third party live tiles are back working again!

Hope this helps. I am glad I remained patient and resisted the urge to do a hard reset.

I too have severe issues with my lumia 920 after updating it to 1308. I have constant call drops on every call, sometimes the phone is loosing Data Connection and after, the entire cell network connection. I begin to think that Nokia blew things up with this model. Anyone knowing any news about the 1314 update for NOn AT&T? and if I Reset my phone from Settings-About, will it go back to previous firmware version?

This is so sick, no freezing issues but call drops. I begin to think that MS does not care about quality because if it did, these broken firmwares would't have been present.Nokia has a great chance to beat iph 5 and galaxy s3 with this lumia 920, but they seem to ignore their chance and continue delivering broken firmware code.

this was a firmware update, this is all on Nokia, has nothing to do with MS.

Flashed my unlocked 920 (RM-821) from Portico to 1308 and no issues at all.
