Unable to receive mms

Everytime someone sends me a picture in a test it says getting media content. 1k or 32k. I have fm1314

Make sure you have mobile network (3 G) activated. You need this turned on to receive MMS

Yes, just like the other person said, you will have to activate Mobile data. i had the same thing

If the setting for cellular data is "on" on the phone already, then you just need to call 611 and have them check your provisioning - just tell them what happens when you receive mms messages.

Settings -> Cellular

Data Connection (should be on)

Also leave your setting to available in your messages.
