Mismatch - recheck your phone proper firmware - you can find it from your phone's settings, under extras+info (scroll down for additional info) ... by the way, your firmwares are stored in the C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products folder ... and you have 3 different firmwares there ...

I have opened my device.
I chech inside and I see:

059L848 HWID 2100

Why the firmware put this error?

Anyone have a solution for me please?

Maybe because you have 3 different firmwares in your list of NCS, in rm-820 folder (maybe you should limit that list by filling that box just above a list of firmwares) or remove others from rm-820 folder, to keep only a proper fw there (I do that way, only 1 fw in rm-820 folder) ....

Firmwares are here: C:/ProgramData/Nokia/Packages/Products/rm-820

You can try Nokia Software Updater instead of NCS, read here: http://forums.windowscentral.com/no...umia-820-lumia-620-official-notice-nokia.html

Now I have download and put only one firmware on my folder C:/ProgramData/Nokia/Packages/Products/rm-820
It's the good firmware.

In Extras+infos I have:

Version: 1.1.28.37

FUE 1.0.9.7

OM Device Name
RM-820_nam_att_100
Mobile operator ATT-US
Configuration ID
79378

nb. my phone is a prototype. "Not for resale" at the bottom right of windows phone system at startup.

Do you have a solution?

Difficult to advice anything as your phone is a proto type ... I would try Nokia Care Suite AGAIN (as I do not think that NSU will work in your case) - chosing "Programming" - "Recovery", in "Offline mode" (down right) and "No connection" (up left) - cp connected by USB cable, but then disconnected by Windows (physically still connected) ... maybe works, maybe not ....

My friend's 820 is the same. When it boots up, it says "Not for resale" and I'm hoping somebody was successful in updating it.
