People hub showing recent news, how to show top stories??

The people hub currently shows all recent news, which is usually filled with pages that I have subscribed to rather than stories from my friends. How can I change the settings of the people hub only to display 'top stories' rather than 'recent stories', like the option we have in Facebook mobile site.
The same problem exists in the Facebook app also. The stories shown are 'most recent' rather than 'top stories' and there is no option to change the same.
Anyone hu knows a way around this prob, pls share!

Here's a workaround of sorts, may not be exactly what you want but I think it'll work so....

Tap settings > applications>people>filter my contact list, uncheck Facebook. Now check hide posts from contacts I've filtered. Now it should only show the Facebook posts of the contacts saved to your phone.
