Ummm can't say its only one, but my most used apps are
1- twitter ( official app)
2- skype
3- Kik messenger
4- WPcentral ( which I love )
5- and the speed test app ( love to see how my connection is doing all the time )
6- Facebook beta .. Previously the old Facebook.
7- music app.
Annd I think that's it

my most used app is my blood pressure I've been using it since my WP7, now I use it on my 920. unfortinatly I have high blood pressure so my wife is a nurse and does my vitals twice a day and records it. then if my primary care doctor needs my reading I print the readings out for her. works great.
I also use med tracker 2013 to track my meds when I get sick another great app.

WP is poor in medical apps unfortunately, I'm a medical student and came from a 2 years iPhone experience, found a HUGE difference between the two.

Also, WPCentral, GSMArena RSS and Engadget RSS are used at least once a day.
On a daily basis it is also B92 (news) and Vip (from my mobile provider).
Oh yeah, OneNote - a great app, I am a doctor, and use it to keep track of my patients.

There is an app called Geek bite .. I think that you will like if you use these RSS feeds, it brings you everything in an easy to read way.

Well, I use as few apps as possible, really. Rather do it on the browser rather than having gazillion apps for one thing.

Outside of the "default apps" like mail, calendra, etc: Naturally something with good live tiles I use daily, like weather. I never actually start it, I see what I need from the live tile.

Out of apps that I actually launch, probably WPCentral that I usually check daily when I have to wait around for something
