I am trying to help out a friend who purchased a 920 a couple months ago and signed in with her yahoo! account. She did the same thing on Windows 8 (Signed in with the Yahoo account). Yahoo has been a little unreliable in syncing emails and now she wants to change to Outloook.com. My question is: Can that MS account be changed over to the Outlook account to include all of her photos, settings, etc, contacts which were on the Yahoo account? She will likely have to factory reset her phone and likely delete her current yahoo account on Windows 8 and sign into Windows 8 with her Yahoo account. Anyone else switch emails on the Microsoft Account and if so, how exactly? Changing Alias? Thanks in advance!
