So I noticed that the charger that came with my sister's Lumia 710 (Nokia AC-10E) was faster at charging my phone then the one that came with my Lumia and thought that I'd share my findings with you guys. I bought myself one of those from eBay for 7.50 euros and tested my theory.
I emptied the phone to 10% (when I got the battery critical message), turn on airplane mode (to not have a difference in push notifications) and turned off the phone.
I then plugged the phone to the charger, and came back after an hour. Here are the results.
As you can see there's a major difference in charging speeds: 67% per hour with the AC-10E vs 48% per hour for the original charger.
