3.5mm jack question

Although I've had my 920 since November, I've just now in the past few days started using a pair of earbuds. Has anyone noticed that the jack doesn't secure the plug very well? There is barely any resistance when plugging/unplugging. I've also noticed some audio popping/clicking feedback after plugging in. Once I had a constant "sputter" in the background till I unplugged/plugged, then it was gone.

I too have had my Lumia 920 since Nov last year which bought from Clove Uk and i found it is only with certain headphones that don't click in (but go-in fully) and don't hold they weight of the phone meaning after you put it in the jack and lifted the phone by holding the 3.5 mm connector they pop out this is especially true for the cheap brands.
