Xbox Music Pass NOT WORKING!!!

I just bought my first Windows phone on Monday and was trying to get Xbox music to work. I have an Xbox music pass and my computer shows up in the manage devices but not the phone. I've done a hard reset and no luck. I have felt very stupid these past two days but at least now I know that others are having the same issue.

I just reset my phone after it bricked and now my XBox Music isnt working. This sucks I've been a paying member since the first Win 7 phones.

Looks like its fixed for me. It was definitely on Microsoft's end. Glad its done! Hows everyone else doing?

I've never had issues with XBox Music Pass. Great service and I will be renewing in July.

Yep mine's good to go too. Sucked that it happened right after a reset, I thought I did something wrong.

Wow, same thing for me. Can't even get into my account. I have had a pass for at least a year. Just got new 928 and no music from Xbox.

Same issue for me - disappeared after two days. When it finally worked I found out at the max number of devices had been reached because I'd had to get the phone exchanged 4 times before I finally got a working one. Chatted with a support rep over at Xbox.com. She fixed it within 5 minutes.
