Any 720 to 920 migration solutions?

I'm moving my wife to a used 920 from a Lumia 720, and I'm hoping there is some sort of Nokia value-add app which focuses on NOK-to-NOK device migration. Watching her re-install her apps and reconfigure mail is painful

Anyone fought/killed this particular dragon?

Is it possible for her to do a backup of her 720, then restore it to her 920? Just scattershooting here.

Thought about that, butbut not sure if there are enough substantial differences between devices to make the restore go "boom"

Should be pretty painless. Make sure the old phone has backup configured correctly and has a recent backup then when you login to the new phone during initial startup your data is migrated and some lighter apps are installed.

Once past the initial setup and at the start screen connect to WiFi and any larger apps will install as well. Email accounts should come across along with texts, IE favs and the call list. Data from apps is lost if they don't have a SkyDrive backup feature but apart from that it should be a smooth experience. Went through this migrating from an att to a Rogers 920.
