Metrotube vs MyTube

Which one do you prefer ? Pros and cons for each other because I can't make up my mind between the two.

Cant comment on Mytube since I only have Metrotube at the moment. For me metrotube is good and sufficient enough as youtube client. It gets the work done. Should try Mytube soon.

Youtube HD is my choice, i dont mind the small ads on the bottom the app is exactly how i imagined it to be.

MyTube all the way..
- Plays videos not available on mobile
- Plays background audio flawlessly
- Doesn't drain battery or make your phone hot as lava like Metrotube
- Has literally no cons I can think of

My 520's battery drains like crazy with MyTube, but i prefer MyTube over MetroTube, everything works smoothly.

Although both developers have done a good job making YouTube alternatives.

I have only used Metrotube and I'm happy enough with it. However, one shortcoming is that I cannot view unlisted videos I have uploaded. It would have been nice to have that option so if I wanted to share it, say in whatsapp, it would have been easier to link to it. Does MyTube (or any other youtube client) have that option?

Can you please elaborate on the first point?

if you ever try watching lyric videos(and some regular videos) on YouTube most of them aren't available on mobile, if you go into MyTube you can watch the videos unavailable for mobile unlike metrotube which doesn't even show the videos.

Mytube all the way. Oh nd it has got a very nice update recently. Now we can play only music from videos which is very helpful and not there in metrotube.
The dev is nice too nd listens to community.
