WP8 and Apps

Hi guys

Another one, does anyone know, why, MS will not share the same apps via Windows 8 to WP8? (Or is there a workaround for this aswell?)

As there is banking apps etc, available on the PC Store, that is not available on the device?

Its strange, as i know on Android, everything, goes everywhere? Strange strategy...

MS does not prevent sharing of apps. It's choice of app makers. If they see target audience on WP8, they make WP8 app. If they see target audience using more laptop and PCs, they make W8 apps.
