notification problems

Am i the only one who is experiencing this? My push notification is sometimes working. It doesn't notify mr when someone likes or comment on my facebook, twitter, when someone texted me or called me through viber it doesn't notify me. Even my online messaging doesn't work. If someone is chatting me on facebook i cant receive their messages but when i open the facebook app, thats when i saw they all reply to me but my online Messaging did not receive it. Pls help me guys.
