The AT&T dev rom is the same as the Rogers rom, which is why it identifies the device as nam_Canada in the ffu you download

yeah could be...but flashing the Rogers ROM means you get kinda an unbranded ROM (no Roger's splash screen anymore yeee -_- and apps can be deleted anyways) + updates + pentaband

You can test it by going into the field test menu under 3g dch status, check the uarfcn freq

I tried the ##3282# and got "waiting..." and then a few seconds later "Something happened and we couldn't complete this action". It appears the ##3282 and ##3282# don't work on this GDR2 ROM.

I couldn't tell if I am using AWS or 1900 band for HSPA+ since the Field Test Code no longer works. I do get all of the features from the Rogers ROM, and there is no branded logo to turn-on. It looks exactly like pre-GDR2, although I am still testing if AWS is enabled.

have you dev unlocked it? If so, you can still launch it with the Native Toast Launcher over at XDA. PM me if you need the details

The Rogers ROM does have field test mode enabled.
