The 620 doesn't have the same touch sensor as the 720 or 520 do. Both the 720 and 520 have the 'Super-Sensitive Touch Technology' by which you can use any object as a medium to provide touch input.
The 620 doesn't have this. All users who flashed the Amber update have reported this. Please refer them in the Lumia 620 section of this forum.

You still get FM Radio, Nokia Smart Cam, Lumia Colour Profiles etc and all of the GDR2 features.
