Lumia 920 MMS APN settings on Net10 with T-Mobile

I apologize if somewhere in the bowels of the forums these have been posted exactly as they should be entered on a Lumia 920. Unfortunately I have been unable to find exactly what I was looking for. Posts I found titled 'Net10' were actually referring to their AT&T SIM option. Other times users would simply regurgitate settings not specifically designed to be entered on this phone (meaning not all the fields matched up). What I'm ideally hoping to find is an actual human person using Net10 with a T-Mobile SIM and Lumia 920, with working MMS, who can tell me their settings so I can duplicate them to verify that I have mine setup correctly (and possibly, so I can check if it's even possible to make it work at all).

Thanks for trying, but no dice. I think those may either be outdated settings, or AT&T settings. And they're not written for Windows Phone 8 either, so the fields don't match up anyway.
