But that product code is for Black phone right? I got a white one, it doesn't matter?

Also, you mean Pre Portico right? Then Indian? But what if i want spanish? Can i flash Spain Amber firmware if it's available?
Here are the Rogers RM-820 codes I found

Product Code Type Region
059R2L8 RM-820 VAR AMERICA CA ROGERS SL YELLOW
059R3R8 RM-820 VAR AMERICA CA ROGERSWIR SL RED
059Q6W4 RM-820 VAR AMERICA CA ROGERSWIR SL BLACK
059R6P3 RM-820 VAR AMERICA CA ROGERSWIRE SL WHIT

I would not recommend you flash an RM-821 ROM since you are on AT&T - I read somewhere in the forum that after flashing an rm-821 rom, you can flash the phone back to an rm-820 by flashing the pre portico rogers rom, but I have not tried this.

try the rogers rom first. Are there any problems with the AT&T dev rom? If you do flash the rogers rom, please do let us know if you are still able to use Nokia music unlimited on your phone with the rogers rom.

I was talking about GDR2 Indian version. You can definitely download a Spanish GDR2 firmware if its is available.

Guys, i'm not from AT&T, i have a Argentinian White Lumia 920, it's RM-820, what i was is to install GDR2 oficial and not this AT&T Dev Rom that i flashed, so if i flash Pre Portico ROM (Rogers 820 ROM) and then Indian or Spanish GDR2 Amber ROM it'll be ok? All i want is to have oficial Amber GDR2 and spanish language.

Can any body tell me what this error means " Changing device mode failed (222). Unable to switch to uefi mode|NokiaSoftwareUpdaterForRetail.Connectivity|Wait for Uefi mode change, timeouted.|NokiaSoftwareUpdaterForRetail.Connectivity".

This error code i got from the error log file while flashing L620 device and upgrading it from 1030.6407.1308.0001 to 1030.6407.1308.0002 (GDR1).

In india, now the amber + GDR2 update is available only to those L620 devices which is having the firmware 1030.6407.1308.0002. So i tried to flash my phone and try to upgrade it to 1030.6407.1308.0002.

While upgrading it is generating an error code and telling upgrade is failed due to above mentioned reason.

Do you have visual C++ 2005 installed in your sysyem? If no, please try uninstalling NCS, installing Visual C++ Redistribute 2005 (link) and then re-install NCS
That one worked for me, thanks! After installing Visual C++ Redistribute 2005, the Fuse error disappeared.

From Nokia Argentina's official page (Nokia Lumia 920 Especificaciones - Nokia) it looks like your phone has LTE. Your best bet would be to flash your phone to the Rogers CA 920 GDR2 ROM, it supports LTE and gets timely updates. The Indian ROM doesn't have LTE enabled and AT&T Dev ROM doesn't get updated frequently.

Instead of flashing your phone, why don't you try checking for an OTA update - maybe it'll update to 1030.6407.1308.0002 firt, and then after checking for update again you will get gdr2
If that dosen't work, try searching in NCS/Navifirm if Indian 620 GDR2 rom is on the server - if it is, you can directly flash it to your phone
BTW you might get more help if you post your query in the 620 threads, as fellow 620 owners might have faced the same problem.

Indian ROMs lack LTE, your best bet would be to flash the EURO DEV ROM or the Rogers 920 ROM.

Hi, since I see a few members here using AT&T 920 in India, I have a question - were you able to use the unlimited Nokia Music in India (before flashing a non-AT&T rom)?

I have written & spoken to Nokia support in India & US and both haven't been able to resolve my issue.

I suppose Nokia Music is linked to IMEI registered for a particular country. Since my AT&T IMEI is not registered with Nokia India, it doesn't work.

But would my 920 get the unltd subscription if I register it once I am in the US? My phone was never registered to Nokia Music in US.

The Nokia US support suggested that if I register it once in US, it should work in countries that have Nokia music; hence in India as well.
Thoughts?

I had the exact same question!! The 920 belongs to my brother. He bought new from the US, so I am guessing that the phone does have a Nokia Music unlimited subscription attached to it, which becomes attached to the first Nokia account signed into on the phone. He used his Indian Nokia account to sign in the first time, so I'm guessing the unlimited subscription won't work with the indian account. The thing to test is flash the phone back to stock US AT&T ROM, create a US Nokia Account and then make the phone connect to the Internet through a US proxy and see if it works - it's a long shot but I think it might work. And as you said, after registering the phone in US for unlimited, we could test if it works in India as well.... Problem is I don't think my brother would allow me to mess with his phone again as all his app data would get lost

While trying to get the data from Product Support Tool, I get this error,
can you please help with this!?

Seems like a problem with your connection - if you can't get it to work try downloading the ROM from Navifirm

I have a French Amber Lumia 920 Rom. How would I go about flashing it to another country's? Is it possible? I'm looking to get LTE back.
The french ROM does not have LTE? I thought all european ROMs had it. You could try flashing the UK ROM, as I think it does have LTE.

I tried downloading the ROM with NCS, and it appears they have blocked access from downloading the files - You can try 2 things

1. Uninstall your current version of NCS and install the one found here (thanks f88, for mentioning this in the previous page)

2. If that does not work, try downloading the ROM through Navifirm
After downloading the ROM with navifirm, paste all the files to this location
C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products\rm-821
me too facing the same issue, do u have solution for it now? plz help
